ОТДАЛЕННЫЙ ПРОГНОЗ У ПАЦИЕНТОК С МЕСТНЫМ РЕЦИДИВОМ РАКА МОЛОЧНОЙ ЖЕЛЕЗЫ ПОСЛЕ ОРГАНОСОХРАНЯЮЩЕГО ЛЕЧЕНИЯ

Аннотация

Представлены результаты наблюдения за 861 пациенткой, которой проведено органосохраняющее лечение (ОСЛ) по поводу ранних ста- дий рака молочной железы. Частота рецидивирования составила 7,3% (63 больные из 861). Основной задачей являлось изучение зависимо- сти выживаемости от прогностических факторов, характеризующих местный рецидив. Уровень общей 5-летней выживаемости от мо- мента лечения местного рецидива составил 65,7% (стандартная ошибка 8,3). На основе мультифакторного регрессионного анализа по модели Кокса был сделан вывод о том, что местный рецидив является статистически значимым фактором ухудшения выживаемости без отдаленных метастазов в том случае, если он развивается в сроки до 3 лет после первичного ОСЛ.
