It allows finding out more and more patients with bone metastases. So the answers to the questions about bisphosphonate`s duration, complication of the treatment and improvement of quality of life are very necessary and important. We`ve analyzed long-term (1 year ) introduction of zoledronic acid 4 mg monthly in patients with breast cancer and bone metastasis. The data suggests that long-term treatment of zoledronic acid allows improving quality of life of this kind of patients.</p>
Показано, что терапия, проведенная в течение года, способствует улучшению объективных и субъективных показателей оценки качества жизни у данной категории пациенток.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>breast cancer</kwd><kwd>bone metastasis</kwd><kwd>zoledronic acid</kwd><kwd>quality of life</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>рак молочной железы</kwd><kwd>метастазы в кости</kwd><kwd>золедроновая кислота</kwd><kwd>качество жизни</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group/></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="en">1.
