Diagnostic effectiveness of screening mammography decreased in patient groups with high mammographic density. The importance of control of patient groups with BC risk factors and reasonability of mam- mographic density evaluation is described.The occurrence of BRCA1/2 mutations was revealed in patients with BC identified by mammography screening. The relationship between the presence of advanced and metastatic BC and the BRCA1/2 mutations was determined.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Определено влияние ведущих факторов риска развития рака молочной железы (РМЖ) на эффективность маммографического скрининга. В скрининге РМЖ участвовало 26 912 женщин в 2001−2010 гг.Количество факторов риска развития РМЖ напрямую влияет на стадию заболевания. Диагностическая эффективность скрининговой маммографии падает в группах с высокой степенью рентгенологической плотности тканей. Обосновывается важность контроля групп пациентов с факторами риска РМЖ и оценки рентгенологической плотности тканей молочной железы. Определена встречаемость BRCA1/2-ассоциированного РМЖ.
