Mapping of the signal lymph node is an alternative to axillary lymphatic dissection in patients with clinically intact regional lymph nodes (cN0). This allows patients to avoid such formidable, often and disabling complications of lymphatic dissection as prolonged postoperative lymphorrhea and lymphatic swelling of the upper extremity (lymphostasis). Radioisotope is the standard method of performing lymph node mapping, but recent years there have been more and more scientific studies and publications on the effectiveness of the non-toxic and non-radioisotope method in oncosurgery – fluorescent lymphography with indocyanine green.This article analyzes the experience and results of performing a mapping signal lymph node by a fluorescent method with indocyanine green at an early staged breast cancer in the Botkin Hospital, Moscow.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Современные диагностические методики с более точным стадированием опухолевого процесса и эффективное высокотехнологичное лечение рака молочной железы являются весьма актуальными, поскольку данное заболевание занимает 1-е место в структуре онкологической заболеваемости и смертности среди женщин. Биопсия сигнального лимфатического узла является альтернативой аксиллярной лимфодиссекции у пациентов с клинически не пораженными регионарными лимфатическими узлами (cN0). Это позволяет избегать развития у пациентов таких грозных и нередко инвалидизирующих осложнений лимфодиссекции, как длительная послеоперационная лимфорея и лимфатический отек верхней конечности (лимфостаз). Стандартным методом выполнения биопсии сигнального лимфатического узла является радиоизотопный, но в последние годы появляется все больше и больше научных исследований и публикаций об эффективности в онкохирургии нетоксичного и нерадиоизотопного метода – флуоресцентной лимфографии с индоцианином зеленым.</p><p>В настоящей статье проанализированы опыт и результаты выполнения биопсии сигнального лимфатического узла флуоресцентным методом с индоцианином зеленым при раннем раке молочной железы в ГКБ им. С.П. Боткина г.
