Ovarian germ cell tumors account for 30 % of germ cell tumors of other localizations and 70 % of all ovarian neoplasms. The aim of this review is to study and systematize clinical manifestations, diagnosis and treatment of ovarian germ cell tumors in childhood and adolescence on the basis of current foreign and domestic studies.

Герминогенные опухоли яичников составляют 30 % герминогенных опухолей других локализаций и 70 % всех неопластических новообразований яичников. Цель настоящего обзора – изучить и систематизировать на основе актуальных зарубежных и отечественных исследований данные о клинических проявлениях, диагностике и лечении герминогенных опухолей яичников в детском и подростковом возрасте.
