This paper analyzes the data of complex clinical, ultrasound and pathological study of 86 patients, was 2 groups of patients – 58 women with locally advanced cervical cancer (IIb–IIIb stages) and 28 patients with ovarian cancer (IIa−IV stages).During the morphological and ultrasonic parallels found a direct correlation between the degree of drug and the amount pathomorphism tumor focus, a reduction of vascularization and blood flow velocity.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Нами изучены возможности комплекса современных ультразвуковых технологий при динамическом мониторинге для оценки эффективности лекарственной терапии. Проанализированы данные комплексного клинико-ультразвукового и морфологического обследования 86 больных, составивших 2 группы пациенток – 58 женщин с местно-распространенным раком шейки матки (IIb–IIIb стадий) и 28 больных раком яичников (IIа−IV стадий).При проведении морфо-ультразвуковых параллелей выявлена прямая корреляционная зависимость между степенью лекарственного патоморфоза и объемом опухолевого очага, снижением интенсивности васкуляризации и скоростных показателей кровотока.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>ovarian cancer</kwd><kwd>cervical cancer</kwd><kwd>ultrasound diagnosis</kwd><kwd>chemotherapy</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>рак яичников</kwd><kwd>рак шейки матки</kwd><kwd>ультразвуковая диагностика</kwd><kwd>химиотерапия</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group/></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="en">1.
