Despite to presence of several malignant signs in borderline ovarian tumors, disease rather has favorable outcome. It allows to perform the conservative surgery for patient in reproductive age, preserve ovarian tissue and save fertility.</p>
<trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>В статье рассматривается вопрос об особенностях клинического течения, морфологии и современных принципов лечения серозных пограничных опухолей яичников (ПОЯ). Несмотря на присутствие в пограничных опухолях некоторых признаков злокачественности, течение заболевания относительно благоприятное. Это позволяет выполнять консервативные операции с сохранением ткани яичника пациенткам репродуктивного возраста. Подобная тактика широко применяется в мире и позволяет больным с ПОЯ сохранять фертильность.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>borderline ovarian tumors</kwd><kwd>serous ovarian tumors</kwd><kwd>atypical proliferative tumors</kwd><kwd>ovarian low malignant potential tumors</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>пограничные опухоли яичников</kwd><kwd>серозные опухоли яичников</kwd><kwd>атипически пролиферирующие опухоли</kwd><kwd>опухоли яичников с низким потенциалом злокачественности</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group/></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="en">1.
