Studies comparing oncological outcomes of “traditional” drug regimens and combined endocrine therapy with ribociclib in patients with similar characteristics are demonstrated. Data on estimating the size of a population of patients with characteristics equivalent to those in the NATALEE trial for prescribing ribociclib in routine practice are presented.</p>
Представлены данные оценки размера популяции больных с характеристиками, эквивалентными таковым в исследовании NATALEE, для назначения рибоциклиба в рутинной практике.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>hormone receptor-positive breast cancer</kwd><kwd>adjuvant endocrine therapy</kwd><kwd>CDK4 / 6 inhibitor</kwd><kwd>ribociclib</kwd><kwd>metastatic cascade</kwd><kwd>tumor cell dormancy</kwd><kwd>risk of recurrence</kwd><kwd>treatment escalation</kwd><kwd>invasive disease-free survival</kwd><kwd>distant desease-free survival</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>гормонозависимый рак молочной железы</kwd><kwd>адъювантная эндокринотерапия</kwd><kwd>ингибитор CDK4 / 6</kwd><kwd>рибоциклиб</kwd><kwd>метастатический каскад</kwd><kwd>период покоя опухолевых клеток</kwd><kwd>риск рецидива</kwd><kwd>эскалация лечения</kwd><kwd>выживаемость без инвазивного заболевания</kwd><kwd>выживаемость без отдаленных метастазов</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group/></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="en">Tyulyandin S.A., Artamonova E.V., Zhigulev A.N. et al.
