It’s also plays a leading role in determining the therapeutic strategy for treating patients. However, today, de-escalation of the volume of surgical intervention on the axillary lymph collector continues with the prospect of refusing any treatment of the axillary region for certain groups of patients in the future. The article discusses current studies aimed at determining the volume of surgical treatment on the axillary lymph nodes in different clinical situations.</p>
