The work is devoted to a review of the most common complications that develop after reconstructive plastic surgery using implants in patients with a history of breast cancer. Possible endogenous and exogenous trigger factors are described. In addition, a special role is assigned to the consideration of preventive measures that help minimize the risk of complications.

Работа посвящена обзору наиболее часто встречаемых осложнений, развивающихся после проведения реконструктивно-пластических операций с использованием имплантов у пациенток с раком молочной железы в анамнезе. Описаны возможные триггерные факторы эндо- и экзогенного характера. Особая роль отведена рассмотрению профилактических мер, способствующих минимизации риска осложнений.
