The method shows acceptable toxicity and may be used in routine clinical practice.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>При анализе результатов обследования и лечения 246 больных раком шейки матки (РШМ) IIA-IIIB стадий, получивших конкурентную химиолучевую терапию (ХЛТ) в отделении лучевой терапии Национального центра онкологии Республики Азербайджан (Баку), установлено, что ХЛТ с использованием 2 фракций брахитерапии с высокой мощностью дозы (по 9 Гр) и конкурентной химиотерапией цисплатином является эффективным, достаточно безопасным и экономически выгодным методом лечения местно-распространенного РШМ.
