The study enrolled 425 patients receiving the treatment as sector resection, the latter with lymph node dissection, and r adical mastec- tomy. According to the results of a follow-up, a group of patients treated by sector resection showed the best relapse-free sur vival rates and minimum breast cancer mortality.</p>
По результатам последующего наблюдения, группа пациенток, получавших лечение в объеме секторальной резекции, характеризовалась наилучшими показателями безрецидивной выживаемости и минимальным уровнем смертности от рака молочной железы.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>breast cancer</kwd><kwd>elderly age</kwd><kwd>surgical treatment</kwd><kwd>organ-sparing operations</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>рак молочной железы</kwd><kwd>пожилой возраст</kwd><kwd>хирургическое лечение</kwd><kwd>органосохраняющие операции</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group/></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="en">1.
