Structural and functional changes in mutant proteins in accordance with the type and locus of BRCA1 mutations determine different variants of a BC phenotype. Identification of genotype-phenotype correlations in patients with hereditary BC makes it possible to single out its basic characteristics, to personalize its diagnosis and treatment, to estimate the prognosis and risk of multiple primary tumors in accordance with BRCA1 mutations (4153delA, 185delAG, 5382insC).</p>
Идентификация генотип- фенотипических корреляций у больных наследственным РМЖ позволяет выделить основные характеристики, персонализировать диагностику и лечение, оценить прогноз и риск развития первично-множественных опухолей в соответствии с мутациями BRCA1 (4153delA, 185delAG, 5382insC).</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>hereditary breast cancer, BRCA1-associated cancer, BRCA1 mutations (4153delA, 185delAG, 5382insC)</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>наследственный рак молочной железы</kwd><kwd>BRCA1-ассоциированный рак</kwd><kwd>мутации BRCA1 (4153delA</kwd><kwd>185delAG</kwd><kwd>5382insC)</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group/></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="en">1.
