There is an inverse correla- tion of 15-PGDH gene expression with COX-2 expression and the metastatic potential of tumor cells. Investigation of mechanisms for 15-PGDH regulation opens up new vistas and possibilities for the design of effective drugs for the targeted therapy of metastatic forms of BC.</p>
Исследование механизмов регуляции 15-PGDH открывает новые пути и возможности для создания эффективных препаратов направленной терапии для лечения метастатических форм РМЖ.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>breast cancer</kwd><kwd>COX-1</kwd><kwd>COX-2</kwd><kwd>15-PGDH</kwd><kwd>predictive marker for breast cancer</kwd><kwd>COX-2 inhibitors</kwd><kwd>PGE2</kwd><kwd>MCF-7</kwd><kwd>BT-474</kwd><kwd>and ZR-75-1 human breast tumor cell lines</kwd><kwd>targeted therapy goal</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>рак молочной железы</kwd><kwd>COX-1</kwd><kwd>COX-2</kwd><kwd>15-PGDH</kwd><kwd>прогностический маркер рака молочной железы</kwd><kwd>ингибиторы COX-2</kwd><kwd>PGE2</kwd><kwd>линии опухолевых клеток молочной железы человека MCF-7</kwd><kwd>BT-474</kwd><kwd>ZR-75-1</kwd><kwd>мишень для направленной терапии</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group/></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="en">1.
