The study revealed a number of benefits from use of topotecan in patients with this diagnosis.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Основными целями исследования являлись определение эффективности и оценка безопасности применения топотекана (Гикамтин) при внутривенном введении в дозе 4 мг/м2 в 1, 8 и 15-й дни 28-дневного цикла терапии у пациенток с рецидивом рака яичников.
