It was conducted, by taking into account the concept of 3 types of microinvasive EC growth. Echosemiotics in each of these types is detailed. Ultrasound criteria for diagnosing the microinvasive process of EC, tumor invasion into the cervical canal are identified.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Работа основана на анализе комплексного ультразвукового обследования 158 пациенток с верифицированным диагнозом рак2а эндометрия (РЭ). Исследование проводилось с учетом концепции о 3 типах роста микроинвазивного РЭ. Дано подробное описание эхосемиотики при каждом из этих вариантов.
