Early diagnosis of recurrent ovarian granulose cell tumors (OGCT) remains an urgent problem of modern oncogynecology. Inhibin B is one of the most potentially important markers of OGCT. Nevertheless, in the world there are today only single studies evaluating the clinical value of inhibin B. The paper presents serum inhibin B measurements in patients with recurrent OGCT. The findings suggest that inhibin B has a high (80-100%) diagnostic sensitivity and 100% specificity.

Ранняя диагностика рецидивов гранулезоклеточных опухолей яичников (ГКОЯ) остается актуальной проблемой современной онкогинекологии. Ингибин В является одним из наиболее потенциально важных маркеров ГКОЯ. Тем не менее на сегодняшний день в мире существуют лишь единичные исследования, посвященные оценке клинического значения ингибина В. Представлены результаты определения концентрации ингибина В в сыворотке крови пациенток с рецидивами ГКОЯ. Полученные данные свидетельствуют о высокой (80–100%) диагностической чувствительности ингибина В при специфичности 100%.
