Approaches using target drugs in combination with chemotherapy are of the greatest interest. A spec- trum of molecular biomarkers (epidermal and vascular growth factors) in CCI and its correlation with prognosis and treatment response are shown. A number of adverse relations caused by target agents are considered.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Представлены новые данные изучения применения таргетных препаратов, таких как эрлотиниб, гефитиниб, цетуксимаб, бевацизумаб, сорафениб, при распространенном раке шейки матки (РШМ). Наибольший интерес вызывают подходы с использованием таргетных пре- паратов в комбинации с химиотерапией. Показан спектр молекулярно-биологических маркеров при РШМ (эпидермального и сосудистого факторов роста) и корреляция с прогнозом заболевания и ответом на лечение.
