The administration of denosumab significantly improves quality of life in patients with breast cancer metastasizing to the bone, by maintaining their general status, reducing the intensity of pain syndrome, and prevents osseous complications: pathological fractures, spinal cord compression, hypercalcemia, as well as the need for radiotherapy or surgery for bone metastases.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Оценка качества жизни является важным, надежным, информативным и экономичным методом, позволяющим определить эффективность лечения больных раком молочной железы с метастазами в кости, получающих терапию остеомодифицирующи- ми агентами, в том числе таргетную терапию деносумабом. Использование деносумаба значимо повышает качество жизни больных раком молочной железы с метастазами в кости, в том числе поддерживая общий статус больного, снижая интенсивность болевого синдрома, и предупреждает развитие костных осложнений: патологических переломов, компрессии спинного мозга, гиперкальциемии, а также необходимость лучевой терапии или хирургического лечения по поводу метастазов в кости.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>quality of life</kwd><kwd>breast cancer</kwd><kwd>bone metastases</kwd><kwd>skeletal-related events</kwd><kwd>denosumab</kwd><kwd>zoledronic acid</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>качество жизни</kwd><kwd>рак молочной железы</kwd><kwd>метастазы в кости</kwd><kwd>костные осложнения</kwd><kwd>деносумаб</kwd><kwd>золедроновая кислота</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group/></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="en">1.
