But mam- mography has much lower accuracy in young women with BRCA1/2 mutations and women with a strong family history. Therefore new screening methods in young high-risk women are necessary to detect early-stage cancer.</p>
<trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Маммографический скрининг, рекомендованный женщинам старше 40 лет, снижает смертность от рака молочной железы. Но маммография оказалась малоэффективной в группе молодых женщин с отягощенным семейным анамнезом (семейный рак) и носителей мутаций генов BRCA1 и BRCA2. В связи с этим встал вопрос о введении в скрининговую программу женщин высокого риска дополнительных методов, которые бы позволили выявлять рак молочной железы в доклинической стадии.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>breast cancer</kwd><kwd>magnetic resonance imaging</kwd><kwd>mammography</kwd><kwd>BRCA1</kwd><kwd>BRCA2</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>рак молочной железы</kwd><kwd>магнитно-резонансная томография</kwd><kwd>маммография</kwd><kwd>BRCA1</kwd><kwd>BRCA2</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group/></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="en">1.
