Modern requirements to the methods of diagnosis – a precision, high information value, accessibility. In the article BI-RADS (Breast Imaging Reporting and Data System) is being discussed. This system is a good tool to determine the proper algorithm of breast disease patients’ management.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>От эффективности методов диагностики заболеваний молочной железы зависит выбор правильной тактики лечения. Современные требования к методам диагностики – точность, высокая информативность, доступность. В статье обсуждается международная система описания и обработки данных маммографии и ультразвукового исследования молочной железы BI-RADS (Breast Imaging Reporting and Data System), интерес к которой повышается в нашей стране в последние годы.
