This phenotype accounts for 14–18 % of all BC cases and shows a significantly worse prognosis and higher risk of progression comparing to luminal A subtype. The article describes immunological and molecular genetic characteristics of luminal B breast cancer.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Представлен обзор источников литературы, посвященных люминальному В подтипу рака молочной железы (РМЖ). Данный фенотип встречается в 14–18 % случаев РМЖ и имеет значительно худший прогноз и большую вероятность прогрессирования, чем люминальный А подтип.
