In 2010–2013 the study included 1008 patients: 501 (49.7 %) patients with hypothyroidism and 507 (50.3 %) patients without hypothyroidism.Mammography and ultrasound with Doppler mapping and qualitative elastography performed. Diagnostic effectiveness of mammography is lower in patients with hypothyroidism, than in patients without hypothyroidism. The combination of mammography and ultrasound with Dop- pler mapping is most effective in patients with hypothyroidism. Qualitative elastography is impractical because of the lack of additional infor- mation compared with Doppler.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>В статье рассмотрены особенности влияния гипотиреоза на диагностическую эффективность различных методов лучевой диагностики заболеваний молочной железы. В 2010–2013 гг. в исследовании участвовало 1008 пациенток: 501 (49,7 %) – с гипотиреозом и 507 (50,3 %) – без гипотиреоза. Проводились маммография и ультразвуковое исследование с доплеровским картированием и качественной эластографией.Эффективность маммографии в диагностике рака молочной железы у пациенток с гипотиреозом ниже, чем у пациенток без гипотиреоза. Комбинация маммографии и ультразвукового исследования с доплеровским картированием наиболее эффективна у пациенток с гипотиреозом.
