The article analyzes magnetic resonance images of the 117 patients with endometrioid ovarian cysts including 12 patients with ovarian cancer raised from endometrioid cysts. Such symptoms as vascularized solid component formation, cyst enlargement and T2-shading regression showed strong correlation with malignant transformation of endometrioid cyst. The solid component within the cyst needs to be differentiated between malignant tumor growth, decidualization and inflammatory tissue. Magnetic resonance imaging is a powerful non-invasive method of malignant transformation of the endometrioid ovarian cysts.

На примере 12 клинических случаев (из 117 больных с эндометриомами, находившихся на диспансерном наблюдении) проанализи- рованы результаты комплексного магнитно-резонансного исследования при малигнизации эндометриоидных кист яичников. По- явление в кисте васкуляризированного солидного компонента, увеличение размеров кисты и регресс феномена «затенения» на Т2-взвешенных изображениях оказались достоверными признаками малигнизации эндометриоидных кист, тогда как наличие в кисте тканевого компонента следует дифференцировать между малигнизацией, децидуализацией и формированием воспали- тельных грануляций. Магнитно-резонансная томография является информативным способом неинвазивной диагностики злока- чественной трансформации эндометриоидных кист яичников.
