We focus on current approaches to the classification of these tumors based on the embryogenesis and biological properties of the tumor. We also cover the most important clinical and morphological characteristics of ovarian NET as well as their microscopic and immunohistochemical features.</p>
<trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Статья посвящена клиническим и эпидемиологическим особенностям нейроэндокринных опухолей (НЭО) органов женской репродуктивной системы, в частности НЭО яичников. В ней представлены современные подходы к классификации этих новообразований в зависимости от эмбриогенеза и биологических свойств опухоли. Подробно освещены вопросы клинико-морфологических особенностей НЭО яичников, представлены также микроскопические и иммуногистохимические критерии, характеризующие НЭО этой локализации.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>neuroendocrine tumors</kwd><kwd>ovarian neuroendocrine tumors</kwd><kwd>clinical</kwd><kwd>epidemiological and morphological characteristics</kwd><kwd>carcinoid</kwd><kwd>female reproductive organs</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>нейроэндокринные опухоли</kwd><kwd>нейроэндокринные опухоли яичников</kwd><kwd>клинико-эпидемиологические и морфологические характеристики</kwd><kwd>карциноид</kwd><kwd>органы женской репродуктивной системы</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group/></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Oberndorfer S.
