We cover the most important issues related to microcirculatory remodeling and changes in the cellular microenvironment of the stroma in terms of the effects exerted by biologically active molecules produced by different cell populations. We analyzed specific changes occurring in the stromal components in various types of glandular hyperplasia of the endometrium and changes during endometrioid adenocarcinoma progression. We focus on the prognostic and diagnostic values of these morphological changes, considering the results of the latest molecular studies, which can be later used for personalization of patient prognosis.</p>
Акцент делается на прогностическое и диагностическое значение данных морфологических изменений с учетом современных молекулярно-генетических исследований, что может стать теоретической основой для персонализации прогноза пациенток.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>glandular hyperplasia of the endometrium</kwd><kwd>endometrioid adenocarcinoma</kwd><kwd>microcirculatory bed</kwd><kwd>macrophages</kwd><kwd>fibroblasts</kwd><kwd>lymphocytes</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>железистая гиперплазия эндометрия</kwd><kwd>эндометриоидная аденокарцинома</kwd><kwd>микроциркуляторное русло</kwd><kwd>макрофаги</kwd><kwd>фибробласты</kwd><kwd>лимфоциты</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group/></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Hanahan D., Weinberg R.A.
