Immunotherapy is aimed at stimulating the innate and adaptive immunity, may cause an effective response in patients with ovarian cancer. Various approaches immunotherapy include cytokinetherapy, use of monoclonal antibodies and cell therapy.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>В последнее десятилетие накопились данные, свидетельствующие в пользу того, что рак яичников (РЯ) – это иммуногенная опухоль. Иммунотерапия, направленная на стимуляцию врожденного и адаптивного иммунитета, может вызывать эффек- тивный ответ у пациенток с РЯ.
