In addition to improving our understanding of the biology of hereditary breast cancer, the recognition of these differences could also be used to predict BRCA mutation status in a given group of patients.</p>
<trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>В исследованиях последних лет продемонстрировано, что рак молочной железы у носителей мутаций генов BRCA1, BRCA2 по сравне- нию со спорадическими случаями имеет морфологические, иммунофенотипические и молекулярные особенности. Изучение данных особенностей позволит не только улучшить наше понимание наследственных форм рака, но также может использоваться для вы- деления групп, подлежащих обследованию на носительство данных мутаций.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>BRCA1</kwd><kwd>BRCA2 mutations</kwd><kwd>hereditary breast cancer</kwd><kwd>ovarian cancer</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>мутации BRCA1</kwd><kwd>BRCA2</kwd><kwd>наследственный рак молочной железы</kwd><kwd>рак яичников</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group/></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="en">1.
