The basic information concerning their biological behavior and modern tactical approaches to the management of patients with similar changes in the mammary gland are presented. The possibility of conservative management, as well as the minimization of surgical aid, in cases of indications for it, up to vacuum aspiration biopsy is being considered. In addition, the significance of these diseases for the subsequent development of pre-invasive and infiltrative cancer is discussed.</p>
Помимо этого обсуждается значимость данных заболеваний для последующего развития преинвазивного и инфильтративного рака.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>papillary lesions</kwd><kwd>radial scar</kwd><kwd>lobular neoplasia</kwd><kwd>phylloides tumors</kwd><kwd>atypical hyperplasia</kwd><kwd>vacuum aspiration biopsy</kwd><kwd>pre-invasive cancer</kwd><kwd>infiltrative breast cancer</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>папиллярные поражения</kwd><kwd>радиальный рубец</kwd><kwd>лобулярная неоплазия</kwd><kwd>филлоидные опухоли</kwd><kwd>атипичные гиперплазии</kwd><kwd>вакуумная аспирационная биопсия</kwd><kwd>преинвазивный рак</kwd><kwd>инфильтративный рак молочной железы</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group/></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Clinical practice guidelines from the French College of Gynecologists and Obstetricians (CNGOF): benign breast tumors. 2018.</mixed-citation></ref><ref id="B2"><label>2.</label><mixed-citation>Shaffer K.
