In this article, we review of the existing literature on cystic lymphangiomas and report a case of cystic lymphangioma of the breast in an 83‑year-old patient. This case required differential diagnosis between infiltrative cancer and cystic lymphangioma of the breast. The patient has undergone surgery (tumor removal). No complications were observed.

В статье подробно представлен обзор литературы по кистозным лимфангиомам, а также рассмотрен клинический случай кистозной лимфангиомы молочной железы, которая была диагностирована у пациентки 83 лет. По результатам обследования дифференциальный диагноз проводился между инфильтративным раком и кистозной лимфангиомой молочной железы. Пациентке было выполнено хирургическое лечение в объеме удаления кистозного новообразования. Осложнений не выявлено.
