N. Petrov National Medical Research Oncology Center for a five-year period from 2015 to 2020.</p><p><bold>Results. </bold>The incidence of vitreous cell carcinomas of the cervix is 1.08 % of all cases of cervical cancer. The study included only patients with locally advanced forms of stage II and III diseases. All patients underwent individualized treatment. In three cases, progression of the disease was observed during treatment.</p><p><bold>Conclusions. </bold>The main problem is the rare occurrence of vitreous cell carcinomas of the cervix. The choice of treatment tactics is decided only on a multidisciplinary basis and requires further research.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p><bold>Цель исследования</bold> – выявить особенности частоты встречаемости, клинической картины, методов диагностики и лечения стекловидноклеточных карцином (glassy cell carcinoma, GCC) шейки матки.</p><p><bold>Материалы и методы. </bold>В публикации освещены 4 случая диагностированных GCC шейки матки в ФГБУ «Национальный медицинский исследовательский центр онкологии им. Н. Н. Петрова» Минздрава России за 5‑летний период – с 2015 по 2020 г.</p><p><bold>Результаты.</bold> Частота встречаемости GCC шейки матки составляет 1,08 % всех случаев рака шейки матки. Все пациентки в исследовании имели местно-распространенную форму заболевания II и III стадий. Всем пациенткам проводилось индивидуализированное лечение. Во всех случаях наблюдалось прогрессирование заболевания на фоне проводимого лечения.</p><p><bold>Выводы. </bold>Основная проблема заключается в редкой встречаемости GCC шейки матки.
