It analyzes the results derived from large randomized studies, highlights the main advantages peculiar to eribulin, and describes the key mechanisms of the antitumor activity displayed by the drug. Among those presented, there are significant retrospective studies evaluating the role of eribulin chemotherapy in late and early advanced breast cancer treatment lines, as well as an analysis of surveys aimed to evaluate the efficacy of the drug in various clinical settings (for visceral metastases, brain lesion, and in elderly patients). This article reflects the main results of Russian population analyses evaluating the efficacy and safety of eribulin chemotherapy in routine clinical practice.</p>
Отражены основные результаты российских популяционных анализов по оценке эффективности и безопасности химиотерапии эрибулином в рутинной клинической практике.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>metastatic breast cancer</kwd><kwd>late-line chemotherapy</kwd><kwd>early-line chemotherapy</kwd><kwd>eribulin</kwd><kwd>visceral metastases</kwd><kwd>brain metastases</kwd><kwd>chemotherapy in elderly patients</kwd><kwd>Russian experience of using eribulin</kwd><kwd>eribulin introduced after CDK4/6 inhibitors</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>метастатический рак молочной железы</kwd><kwd>поздние линии химиотерапии</kwd><kwd>ранние линии химиотерапии</kwd><kwd>эрибулин</kwd><kwd>висцеральные метастазы</kwd><kwd>метастазы в головной мозг</kwd><kwd>химиотерапия у пожилых больных</kwd><kwd>российский опыт использования эрибулина</kwd><kwd>эрибулин после ингибиторов CDK4/6</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group/></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Cancer Today.
