It is shown that topotecan may be the drug of choice for platinum-resistant relapse. To reduce the hemato- logic toxicity is recommended weekly injection of 4 mg/m2 in 1, 8, 15 days of a 28-day cycle of therapy, as its effectiveness is comparable to the effectiveness of the standard 5-day regime.</p>
Для уменьшения степени гематологической токсичности рекомендовано ежене- дельное введение препарата в дозе 4 мг/м2 в 1, 8, 15-й дни 28-дневного цикла терапии, эффективность которого сопоставима с эффективностью стандартного 5-дневного режима.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>ovarian cancer</kwd><kwd>recurrence</kwd><kwd>platinum-free interval</kwd><kwd>topotecan</kwd><kwd>weekly regimen</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>рак яичников</kwd><kwd>рецидив</kwd><kwd>бесплатиновый интервал</kwd><kwd>топотекан</kwd><kwd>еженедельное введение</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group/></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="en">1.
