Скрининг рака молочной железы у молодых женщин

Аннотация
Рак молочной железы является основной причиной смерти от злокачественных новообразований у женщин в возрасте до 40 лет. Однако организованный маммографический скрининг молодой здоровой женщины был признан большинством экспертов неэффективным. Настоящий обзор литературы посвящен современному представлению о рисках развития рака молочной железы у молодых женщин и возможному персонализированному подходу к выполнению скрининга у данной группы пациенток.
