Аннотация
Опухоль из клеток вольфова (мезонефрального) протока – крайне редкое и малоизученное новообразование с неоднозначным потенциалом злокачественности. Иммуногистохимическая диагностика данных опухолей важна для исключения другой патологии. Интерпретация прогноза неоднозначна. четких стандартов хирургического или химиотерапевтического лечения не существует. Это связано с отсутствием достаточного количества наблюдений и клинических исследований. В статье представлено клиническое наблюдение опухоли из клеток вольфова протока, диагностированной у пациентки 75 лет, с обсуждением терминологических, морфологических, иммуногистохимических и молекулярно-генетических особенностей опухоли.
