Аннотация
Метод вакуумной аспирационной биопсии (ВАБ) применяется в маммологии уже на протяжении 20 лет. Это точная и безопасная процедура, чувствительность метода составляет 97 %, специфичность достигает 100 %, точность – 99 %. Основным показанием для диагностического применения ВАБ является биопсия непальпируемых, подозрительных на рак новообразований молочной железы. С 2000 г. ВАБ широко применяется с терапевтической целью как метод тотальной биопсии или резекции доброкачественных образований молочных желез (фиброаденома молочной железы, рецидивирующие кисты, внутрипротоковые и внутрикистозные разрастания) и многими авторами рассматривается как альтернатива стандартному хирургическому вмешательству. Хорошие результаты получены при использовании ВАБ в малоинвазивном лечении узловых форм мастопатии. Метод ВАБ непрерывно развивается, что говорит о прогрессе в медицинской науке и успешном внедрении в клиническую практику малоинвазивных методов лечения.
