Аннотация
Рак шейки матки сегодня является 2-й в мире по частоте онкопатологией и 3-й среди женского населения. Стандартом хирургического лечения рака шейки матки IA2–IIA стадий является радикальная гистерэктомия с тазовой лимфаденэктомией, риск интраоперационных (повреждение сосудов и нервов) и послеоперационных (лимфостаз) осложнений которой высок. Концепция сторожевого лимфатического узла позволяет снизить частоту таких осложнений, но не входит сегодня в стандарт лечения.
