Трофобластическая болезнь

Трофобластическая болезнь включает группу патологических состояний трофобласта, всегда ассоциированных с беременностью. Актуальность изучения проблемы диагностики и лечения данной патологии очевидна в связи с молодым возрастом пациенток, высокой эффективностью лечения злокачественных форм болезни даже при отдаленных метастазах и возможностью полного излечения 98 % больных с сохранением у них репродуктивной функции. Залогом успеха являются: правильная и своевременная диагностика заболевания, проведение современного высокоэффективного лечения в специализированной клинике, обладающей всеми диагностическими возможностями и имеющей успешный опыт лечения таких больных. Знание клиницистами проблемы позволит избежать нередких ошибок как в диагностике, так и в выборе тактики лечения больных злокачественными трофобластическими опухолями, которые могут оказаться для части пациенток фатальными. Статья посвящена вопросам диагностики, лечения и мониторинга трофобластической болезни. Теоретические аспекты иллюстрированы результатами лечения больных в ФГБНУ «РОНЦ им. Н. Н. Блохина», являющемся экспертом в диагностике и лечении трофобластических опухолей в России.
