Значение магнитно-резонансной томографии молочных желез в диагностике рака молочной железы у женщин с генетической предрасположенностью и отягощенным семейным анамнезом

Аннотация

Маммографический скрининг, рекомендованный женщинам старше 40 лет, снижает смертность от рака молочной железы. Но маммография оказалась малоэффективной в группе молодых женщин с отягощенным семейным анамнезом (семейный рак) и носителей мутаций генов BRCA1 и BRCA2. В связи с этим встал вопрос о введении в скрининговую программу женщин высокого риска дополнительных методов, которые бы позволили выявлять рак молочной железы в доклинической стадии.
