Аннотация
Рак тела матки традиционно лечится хирургически. Для выбора адъювантной терапии у пациенток с раком тела матки высокого риска рекомендуется полное хирургическое стадирование, включающее в себя лимфаденэктомию. Определение сторожевого лимфатического узла позволяет получить информацию о состоянии лимфатических узлов без потенциальных рисков, связанных с выполнением расширенной лимфодиссекции.
