Биопсия сторожевых лимфатических узлов при хирургическом лечении рака эндометрия: история и современность

Аннотация
Настоящий обзор литературы посвящен концепции биопсии сторожевых лимфатических узлов у больных раком эндометрия, приобретающей все большее признание и входящей в современные стандарты хирургического лечения данной патологии. Картирование сторожевых лимфатических узлов надежно, имеет специфичность 100 % и может стать дополнительным фактором в определении показаний для проведения адъювантной терапии при условии проведения углубленного патологоморфологического исследования, которое должно сопровождаться выполнением иммуногистохимического исследования и ультрастадирования.
