Аннотация

В обзоре литературы, посвященном патогенезу и эпидемиологии рака яичников (РЯ), подробно рассматриваются факторы риска развития данного заболевания, такие как особенности пищевых привычек, роль массы тела, контрацепции, родов и возраста начала половой жизни. Обсуждаются модели пищевого и полового поведения, количество менструаций и овуляций за весь репродуктивный период. Анализируются работы авторов, изучавших влияние курения и употребления алкоголя на риск развития РЯ. Обсуждаются новые данные об изменениях в маточной трубе как о возможном источнике РЯ.
